Estimates are not final until confirmed. Any figures or ranges shown on this website or given verbally are approximate. A firm, written quote is provided before any work begins, and no work is carried out without your approval.
Prices shown on the site (for example, typical installed ranges for doors or openers) are illustrative and depend on your specific door, opener, site conditions, materials, and labour. Final pricing is confirmed in your written quote.
We make reasonable efforts to meet the appointment windows and same-day service commitments we offer, but timing can be affected by parts availability, weather, access, and factors outside our control. If we cannot meet a scheduled window, we will let you know and arrange an alternative.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and accurate information about the property and the issue so we can complete the work properly.
Payment is due as set out in your written quote or invoice. Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers using secure systems; as described in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your credit card numbers.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty coverage for workmanship and for the products we install is described in your quote or invoice and, for manufactured components, may also be subject to the manufacturer's own warranty terms. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, alterations by others, or normal wear.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false, misleading, or malicious information through our forms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
